01 Registration
Enroll as a consignor, register for the sale, schedule a drop-off time, schedule a pick-up time or donation, and sign up for an optional volunteer Kids Crew shift - which earns you an additional 5% profit and allows you to shop the presale before the public! Note: All consignors must re-register for EACH sale—spots are filled on a first come, first served basis.
02 Advertising
Help us grow the sale! Share flyers around town to attract more shoppers and consignors. Ideas for posting, include:

03 Item Preparation
Price and tag your items using our simple, standardized system—tags are required to be completed in this way to ensure a smooth and successful sale. All items will be inspected at drop off, and declined if they do not follow the tagging and preparation requirements.
04 Sale Item Drop-off
Arrive at your pre-scheduled 30-minute drop-off window. Upon arrival, you will check-in and select your payment method - check or direct deposit. Then a Kids Crew volunteer will inspect your items, once approved, you will disperse the items onto the sales floor, in the designated areas. All unapproved items and totes/boxes will be returned home with you.
05 Pre-Sale Shopping
& Kids Crew Shifts
Enjoy early shopping access to thousands of items to restock your child's closet or purchase holiday gifts. Consignors may bring one guest (spouse, parent, or adult child) plus any minor children to the sale.
Volunteering for Kids Crew is optional, but it comes with great perks—earn 5% more on your sold items and enjoy 30 or 60 minutes of early access to the presale. Positions are limited, approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
06 Track your Earnings
Monitor the sale of your items daily through your consignor account. Sales are updated each evening of the sale. Note: Earnings in your account are simply an estimation, not a guarantee.
07 Sale Item
Pick-up or Donation
When signing up for a pick-up time, you'll be able to depict what happens to your unsold items - donation to ABC Kids or pick-up by consignor. If you choose to pick up your unsold items, you'll arrive during your 30-minute pre-scheduled pick-up window, go through check-out, and return your items home. If you choose to donate your items, you'll select that option listed under the pick-up times. Note: Items still onsite at 6 PM will automatically be donated to ABC Kids.
08 Consignor Pay Day
During check-in at drop-off, you will select which payment method you prefer - direct deposit (payment will arrive within 1-2 weeks of the sale) or paper check (payment will arrive within 2-3 weeks of the sale). Keep an eye out for your payment following the sale, and contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
09 Repeat!
