Consignor Guidelines

Consignor Drop-off

At ABC Kids, we continually refine the consignor experience to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. Please take a few minutes to read the detailed instructions below to help everything run more efficiently.

Drop-off is by appointment only and occurs the day(s) before the sale.
All consignors must sign up for a 30-minute drop-off time in their consignor account.

​Before You Arrive:

  • All items should be clean, tagged, hung, and packaged per the guidelines.

  • Group clothing by gender and size and group toys, books, equipment, etc. by category for a faster inspection.

  • The more organized your items are, the quicker your drop-off process will be.
     

Upon Arrival:

  • A limited number of carts are available to assist in transferring items from your vehicle to the building—we suggest that you bring your own dolly, wagon, stroller, and/or storage bins to help transport your items inside.

  • Drop-off is at the back entrance of the Central WI Convention & Expo Center for the Spring & Fall Sales. (Cedar Creek Mall) — look for the large overhead door (see map and picture below). Toy Sale Drop off is in the FRONT of the Expo Center. 

  • Check-in: Leave your items in your vehicle and head to the Check-In Table inside to verify your consignor details, select your payment method/fill out your direct deposit slip, and receive your Consignor Presale Wristband.
     

At Drop-Off: 

  • Proceed through Inspection: 

    • Bring your items in to the building and place them on the inspection table you are directed to.​

    • A Kids Crew worker will inspect your items. Inspectors are expected to be thorough, so please be patient. 

  • Sort your Items to the Sales Floor: ​

    • You are responsible for placing your approved items onto the sales floor. All areas will be clearly marked with categories–please take care to place your items in the correct sections to help keep the sale organized. ​

    • Plan for adequate time to sort all your items, everything must be unloaded, inspected, and on the floor before
      the drop-off hours end.

Before You Leave:

  • Take all storage containers and utility carts, wagons, etc. home with you. A container is no longer required to be left behind, like at previous sales for Spring & Fall Sales. Please leave a bin for the TOY Sale with your consignor number clearly written on it. 

  • Take home any items that did not pass inspection.

  • Keep your Consignor Presale Pass to come back for shopping.

Consignor Pick-Up

Pick-up is by appointment only and occurs on the final day of the sale.

All consignors must sign up for

a 30-minute pick-up time in their consignor account.

If you prefer not to pick up your unsold items, you still need to sign up for a pick up time that states:

"I WILL NOT BE PICKING UP MY ITEMS" through your consignor account

 

NEW as of Spring 2026: Any consignors that choose NOT to come pick up their items

will be charged a $20 fee subtracted off your Consignor earnings. 

Items left after pick up hours on the final day of the sale will automatically become

property of ABC Kids Children's Consignment Sale LLC.

Upon Arrival:

  • Bring a utility cart or wagon, and storage bins or bags to make transport easier.

  • Park and enter through the same overhead door that you dropped off at for Spring & Fall Sale (see map and picture above).
     

At Pick-Up: 

  • Clothing items will be sorted by your Consignor Number. 

  • Large items, toys, books, shoes, equipment, etc. will not be sorted. Browse through each
    labeled area for your unsold items. Using your consignor for verification.
     

Before You Leave:

  • Bring your items to an inspection table where a Kids Crew worker will verify all the items
    match your consignor information. 

  • Pack up your vehicle, head home, and await your payment!
