Kristi Bauer
A proud Wausau native and busy mom to three daughters, Kristi (right), brings both passion and hands-on experience to the ABC Kids team. Guided by her Christian values, she is deeply committed to serving families and making a positive impact in the community. Kristi believes in the importance of helping parents access high-quality, affordable children’s items. Since 2023, she and her husband, Brian, have played a key role in managing the sale and officially stepped into ownership of ABC Kids in 2025. Together, they are dedicated to keeping ABC Kids Children’s Consignment Sale thriving—moving forward with compassion, integrity, and the same love that has made it a trusted event for families year after year.
Amy Dykstra
A proud mom of two teenage children, Amy (left), knows firsthand the value of finding quality, affordable items for growing kids. Alongside her husband, Paul, she’s been both a shopper and supporter of ABC Kids, giving her a well-rounded perspective of what families need. For over 10 years, Amy has been a vital part of the ABC Kids team. As a seasoned consignment manager, she brings deep knowledge of the sale process and works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure each sale runs smoothly and brings value to the community. Her experience as a mom, combined with her dedication and heart for
helping others, makes her an essential part of each sale's success.

ABC Kids was born in 2009 out of a dream shared by husband-and-wife team, Joe and Angela (left). Inspired by their own growing family, they named the sale after the initials of their first three children—A, B, and C—with a vision to create a meaningful space where families could come together to buy and sell quality children’s items at affordable prices.
With a deep love for community (and now a family of nine!), Joe and Angela poured their hearts into building ABC Kids into a trusted, go-to event for families across Central Wisconsin.
With new ownership, ABC Kids has entered a new chapter. While things may be shifting behind the scenes, the heart of the sale remains the same—rooted in community, connection, and a shared commitment to supporting families. It’s this foundation that has made ABC Kids a beloved tradition in Central WI for over 15 years—and will continue for many more to come.
